A video about handle your everyday situation for you kids with autism

After seeing parents reaction for over one year about their every day situation with kids having autism I am offering ways of stressing off and focusing more on what you to do instead in helping your kid. I am also a wellnes therapist. Last year I foffered my method Module 1,2,3 sensory stimulation, movements and social skills and realize that it is hard to take in this information if you are living a chaotic life.Förra året erbjöd jag min metod Module 1,2,3 till föräldrar som har barn med autism men inser efter att följt föräldrar både i Sverige och USa men också i andra länder att föräldrar lever i kaos och kan inte ta in information. Start with SMART goals.
For an example if you feel that you have to focus more. Most important for you are to learn how to stress less? Making limits as saying No or something else? Let say you want to stress less. Do you know how to meditate? (S)Do you want to learn how to meditate as a goal.ow long time every day do you want to meditate(Measurable) (M) Is this atainable ?(A)I(sthis realistic (R), Strat with a timely goal (T) Let me know If I can help you?

One goal to start with not a lot of things. don´t start also with stopping to smoke,drink or eating certain food at the same time. Then you will stress yourself to much.
